Arrive 15 minutes before your session starts.
Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit and flip-flops.
Check in at reception.
Our team will be waiting to welcome you and guide you through your first visit. We will provide you with a robe to make your experience even more special. Your well-being is our priority.
Ask for our headphones and timer.
We can provide a guided breathwork session, music, and a timer to make your experience a unique moment of connection and renewal.

I. Disconnect from your mobile phone.
II. Take a quick rinse shower to prepare your body.
Recovery Recommendations (30 min)
- Breathwork First: Calm your nervous system with a 5-minute guided breathwork. Ask for our headphones.
- Sauna, Then Cold Plunge: Follow with a 10-15 minute session in the sauna and then 2-3 minutes in the cold plunge.
- Breathing Focus: During both sauna and cold plunge, practice slow nasal breathing. Exhale longer than you inhale to activate your parasympathetic nervous system.
- Rest and Reflect: Give yourself at least 5 minutes to sit and breathe deeply post-session. Journaling how you feel can help track your progress.
